Shipping policy

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Most of the items in the website are offered as free shipping. However, for remote areas in Mizoram, there might be an additional charge for maxi cabs for a faster delivery

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. We will send an email  to let you know your order is on the way!  The orders will be shipped within 7 days. 

 

STORE PICKUP :  

Orders can be picked up daily, at Dumde Office, Tuikhuahtlang, PWD Road, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup

 

DAMAGES :

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
